My husband and I signed with this company and when we decided to cancel our contract with them we were told we were not getting a refund. We paid them for 7 months straight. They fail to tell you that if you cancel before 1 (one) year that all your money for the first year is used for their so called legal fees and chart handling and other miscellaneous bull crap that they can come up with. You are better off going to an attorney in your own area or do a lot of research. We are now out of over $5000.00. I thought we were doing the right thing but guess we really found out the truth. They really don't do anything to help you, creditors will still call and threaten, and most creditors won't even deal with them after you tell them the attorney's name.
