Beacon Debt Solutions Ruined my credit and left me in the cold California Internet

In November 2008, I joined Beacon to consolidate debt after a costly divorce. I set up a withdrawal immediately and signed the paperwork. Beacon removed the money with no problems and then bounced out a creditor they had accepted by not informing them soon enough. They continued to remove money until April 2009. One day the funds were returned to my account and I was informed that although they had accepted me and had been working with my creditors since November they did not have legal representatives in the state I live and and by not fault of mine they wouldnt represent me any longer. So six months later, no payments had been made on any of my accounts and Beacon sent out letters with no explaination that they were no longer representing me. Naturally now all my creditors believe I was delinquent to my debt program and are back full force, perhaps even worse because they believe I did not make payment to Beacon. Beware, make sure you get all your questions answered and are doing what is right for your financial future.. This is not the company to trust.
