Beacon Debt Solutions Took our money, but gave nothing to our creditors and we got sued! Westminster California

This company offers a great service. The biggest misunderstanding people have is that Beacon is NOT a bank, they don't pay your creditors and then have you pay them back. They are not consolidating your debt, they SETTLE your accounts. They do a huge service for their clients, it seems to be that the only people that are not happy with their service are the ignorant people!! They take your total debt, reduce it to 65% and that includes the enrollment fee. They disclose everything in the contract and compliance call. It specifically asks the question, "you realize that there is a possibility ou may be sued?" YOU HAVE TO ANSWER YES TO THAT QUESTION BEFORE STARTING WITH THEM!! On top of that, people go with a 5 yr. plan to pay off $30K and they expect instant gratification! Hello!! Don't you think your asking alot to have a creditor wait 5 yrs to get paid on some of these accts? Common sense would say, "maybe I should pay more monthly to get my debt resolved more quickly." The fact is, is that they are using your money to pay your own bills. Which is usually something your having a hard time doing otherwise you wouldn't have joined. They settle your accts for a much lower settlement than you would ever be able to do on your own. Finally, they help you to get debt free within 1 - 5yrs., on your own it would take the average person 20 yrs or more to pay all of their debt with the interest.

I truly weep for you for being so d**n stupid. I don't mean that in a personal attack kind of way instead an educational consumer informer kind of way. Please, to you and anyone who is thinking of having someone else especially a nameless faceless corporation solve their financial debt problems for them have got to be retarded. I mean clinical retard with a child's level iq. I asked around and this is what you do, call the persons sueing you to see if you really owe them the money and ask for them to send you a validation of this debt in writing and also mail them a certified letter asking for the validation proof as well and then do all the paperwork yourself from now on, eat ricin and beans and quit your jobs if you have to just get this debt stuff dealt with and your life will be much easier.
