After receiving these two products with no instructions but common sense I applied product to my face and eye area. After two days my right eye lid began to itch and bumps developed. The eye lid was red, irritated and swollen. I immediately stopped usage and tried in vain for several days to contact Beau Derma both on the internet and via phone.

It is impossible to contact anyone to advise them of the problem and to cancel any further shipments that might be made without my permission or acknowledgement.

After reading Ripoff Report I see that this is business as usual with this company.

A phone number is given on their brochure but there is only a recording and the call goes nowhere, ditto the web site.

Any further unsolicited shipments will be contested and payment denied.
