Bedrock Pools still owes us money back after a year! Pinehurst Texas

Bedrock Pools IS a ripoff! We over paid our contract just to get our equipment delivered because they claimed they didn't have the cash to purchase the equipment. They signed an agreement to reimburse us for the amount over paid, but never did. A year later, we are still waiting for our money back. They have never returned our calls after they "finished" the job. And I say "finished" in quotes because there were lot of things left unfinished. Our remote did not work. The ozone system they installed was not adequate to handle our pool, and it was USED!. The pool is plumbed incorrectly for a Polaris so we were forced to buy a different type of cleaner.

We have since trashed the ozone equipment and converted to salt. We have concrete chips that were never repaired that they knew about, and because the pool concrete is finished the way it is, no other contractor knows how to fix the chips.

When you add up the damages and the money Bedrock Pools still owes us, they took us for almost $10,000. We hired an attorney and threatened to sue, but they were long gone by then. If they are still doing business, they darn sure shouldn't be! They are the sloppiest contractors I have ever seen and they DO NOT care about their customers. If someone knows where they are, I'd sure like to know. Their "office" in Pinehurst has long been vacated. I have also, along with many others, filed a report on this company with the BBB.
