I was ripped off by Bedrock Pools in 2007. They took my $17,700 down payment, came out and dug a hole, and I never saw them again. After 4 months, during which the hole had caved in, I contracted another company who did an excellent job completing the task.

I filed a report with the BBB, which is on file. Then I took Bedrock Pools to court and sued them under the Texas Deceptive Practices law. Bedrock Pools never responded to the summons nor appeared in court, so they lost the suit by default. I was awarded three times the damages plus fees, for a total judgment of $105,000. The judge told me "good luck trying to collect the judgment..." so that pretty much sums up the effectiveness of our legal system here in Texas.

We need to have a warrant issued for the arrest of Tim McDougall and any other representatives of Bedrock Pools for fraud. If we sit idly by, they will continue to rip off other good citizens and their families.
