This is quite possibly the worst company in the nation.  These people are unbelievably unethical and will continue to steal from honest, hardworking people until the word gets out and they are put out of business completely. 

The primary individual behind this company is named Greg Major.  However, he uses a registered agent for the "face" of the company - Tim McDougal.  Greg does not put his name anywhere in the public forum, with no known address or registered phone number.  The phone number he initially contacts your from will be disconnected within several months, as that is his standard MO.  He does this so that nobody can ever track him down after he's stolen their money.  Look at other rip-off reports for this company and also the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and you'll find confirmation of this.  In fact, in almost every case, you will find a very similar theme that arises from doing business with Bedrock Pools.  Greg has his contracts set up with the payment front-end loaded, and after he completes some initial work, he rarely comes back to finish the project - leaving you with an expensive hole in the ground.  He will stop returning all phone calls and emails after this phase and he will eventually disconnect the phone number that you were originally attempting to contact him on.
