Belk is pathetic!!! Greensville South Carolina

Very disappointed with Belk. I tried to cancel an order online and changed my mind 25 minutes later because I found that another store had the same item for less!!! Customer service said it’s too late to cancel!!!! I needed to ship it back when it arrived. I told them I am disabled at this time for health reasons and I could not drop it off at the store. I asked for a return label and they do not provide any. I did not feel I should have to pay for shipping the item back because I tried to cancel 25 MINUTES LATER!!! They couldn’t care less!!! They told me you can only cancel 15 minutes after I place an order. They were adamant that I would have to pay for shipping it back!!! Other stores would have done so as a one time courtesy, but not BELK. They have just lost a good customer for what, 10 bucks. It is the principle of the situation and not so much the cost to return it.
