Most incompetent service ever!!! David from Grand Rapids call Center. ID 17123 and Sarah ID 337 and several other customer service reps (many other service reps we spoke to ..) NEVER EVER RESOLVED issue.. Your customer service sucks!!! When I asked to disconnect my service, they started charging me for previous months Technicians visit to house.. Customer reps please hear your customers out and understand their frustration before charging us insanely!!!! Sorry CHARTER we have better options out there!!! GRRRRR.
