I was Betamax (nonoh.net) customer about a year or so. Everything was OK. Once, when I was about to make a very important call. The line was cut and everything I've got was "503 Rejected use voiptrader blah blah" message.
I didn't knew what that means and wrote several messages to them. That was not easy to find a contact form on their site, because actually they do not provide any e-mail contacts, or either any contacts at all. So.. after several non-responsive messages all I've got is an account with 9 euros and I cant call anywhere!!!
I CALL IT A SCAM!! Now I don't know what to do.. Probably I should go to German POLICE and ask them about that company.. Hope they english-speaking.
