Hello,

We sent voicetrading.com (Betamax) a $1,000 USD bank wire on May 28, 2010. Their bank is JPM bank in the USA. We sent this wire from our bank in the USA. A US to US bank wire is normally received the same day. It is now June 8, 2010, 11 days later and we still have no credit to our account.

We checked with our bank for confirmation of receipt of our bank wire. They checked with JPM bank and received not only verification of receipt of our bank wire at JPM on May 28, 2010, but also a confirmation of JPM crediting the Betamax account on May 28, 2010. We received this confirmation directly from JPM bank to our bank, via the secure fed funds interbank system where service messages are sent back and forth between banks.

We have sent multiple support requests to Voicetrading.com through their admin center and also sent them the document multiple times showing confirmation of receipt of our bank wire to their bank account on May 28, 2010.

All they respond back with is a canned response "Unfortunately we did not receive your payment. Please contact your bank for more information. Kind regards, Customer Service.

They provide no phone number to call them and completely incompetent customer support. The phone number in Germany that displays in their domain name whois goes to a business center where they pick up their mail 3 times per week. This is a mail drop. Obviously, they do not want to be found physically to easily. Its not that hard to find them if you are in Germany and really want to say hello.

I've asked for the phone number of their billing manager and they do not answer or respond at all to that request which I've sent more than once.

We have been using them for years and normally they are pretty good at crediting accounts but for some reason they refuse to credit this wire.

I have to think the German company is just a front and all their support is foreign, most likely Indian as they give vague answers, no details on anything and getting them to answer anything specific is close to impossible.

Betamax is listed in Germany and if you pay some money you can get a printout of their business registration with an address and possibly a real phone number. If they have bank accounts they can be found.

Consequently, because they have ignored all attempts at getting them to credit our account for 11 days straight, they are highlighted yet again at ripoffreport.com. Another blemish on their record which could have easily been avoided if they would do their job instead of giving out incompetent and fraudulent support. All they had to do was check their bank account and see our incoming wire which we have verified has been there since the day we sent it. Amazing!
