Block-Buster Inc. Unfair Labor Practice Racial Discrimination Dallas Texas & San Diego Calfornia

I'm a graduate of the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute. Upon being hired in as a Manager with Block-Buster Inc. I learned that this company has over 88,000.00 employees. None of which belong to a union. While with the company I was subjected to acts of Racial Discrimination via the hiring of another race due to their skin color.(See Complaint with the EEOC and NLRB). It should be noted that this company offers certain employees an employement contract while others are "At-Will" employees. They
tell Managers and Assistant Managers that they are part of the "Staff" and thus they are not allowed to unionize. The fact of the matter is that these Managers are mere trash people that clean there stores. These employees have "NO" rights and for years

the unions of this country have not been able to form any type of unions. The type of things that go on within Block Buster have long been held to be violative of the EEOC and the National Labor Relation Board. In my case Block Buster threatened other employees not to come forth and tell the truth about unfair labor practices. It should also be noted that this company has a very high turn-over rate.

Block Buster is owned by Viacom Inc. where there are over 1-million empolyees. When you look at other major company's in this country such as Fords, G.M. etc. you will find a Union to protect these empolyees rights about being treating unfairly. Yet for some reason Viacom/Block buster Inc. have been able to go about their business untouched by any form of a union. To this I make this stand and state...I will see your company in the U.S. Federal Court because it's time to put a stop to Unequal pay, discrimination, favortism and hostile work enviroments.

To the Block Buster Inc. I'm going to tell the world just how you get rich and pray on the young children of this country with your sell,sell,sell games while you treat your employees like slaves!
