Block Buster ripoff mistreated and ripped off San Gabriel California

I rented two PS2 Games from this Blockbuster, at time, the clerk told me to return before 4pm the next week, don't know if it slip his tongue or not, however, I return it the at the day by 4pm, (they're minutes away from my house), and the week after when I go there again to check out couple more games, they told me I have an overdue balance of $12.99. and told me the games should be return b4 12 noon. I refused to pay $12.99 for that and ask for the manager to waive the charged, and they said they won't cause the "RECEIPT" were printed the titles are to be return at 12 noon. (I wonder how many ppl would read that). I'll definately not rent from them anymore, even with the late returning, for 4 hours and they'll charged you $12.99?
No way. and I'm making sure everybody, friends, relatives, people from on-line chat know that how bad they are.
