A clerk at a gas station stole my Wallet and used my card and stole my cash. I reported it to my local police made a report. Called bluebird and told them what happened and stopped the card and filled a dispute which as I was told would give me my funds back but it was denied because bluebird said I violated the section 22d of the user agreement. They will not give me no answers nor a refund. Great company. I was robbed twice
