Bought a Bluebird card at Walmart and loaded money on to temporary card. Registered online for permanent card, and it has been impossible to complete because they asked for different types of IDs. They wanted a piece of mail but since I just moved all I had was change of address confirmation from United States Post office and they wouldn't except it because of the ' clear window'. Now I'm stuck and they refuse to work with me. Please don't ever purchase Bluebird debit cards from Walmart/ American express!! Its a rip off.
