Two full days of trying to get a bill payed from my account with plenty of cash. Hours of this with locked account new pin required several phone hang-ups and no answer. Get your cash out of your account immediately. Customer service in India will not try and resolve the problem.  Re-set everything multiple times 5 seperate phone calls still cannot get bills payed from account. AMEX member for 40 years no help from them either. I don't think this a fraud just extremely bad service.
