A person with name of Byron Wallace contacted me by phone & email on Aug. 30, 2017 saying I have internet payday loan out for 900 & that if I don't pay it that day I will be sued or go to jail. Over the phone he stated a payday company named Cash loans.net as whom I owe the money to, but in the email he said the company is United Personal Loan. He stated I owed this loan since 2008. He was very persistent in trying to get me to pay a settlement over the phone & he said it would have to be paid that day or he would start legal proceedings.
