Cathy from Aberdeen South Dakota I first received an email stating I owed a loan from someone whom they wouldn't state so I replied that I wanted to know who the creditor was and that I disputed this claim. I then got a reply that said they wouldn't send because they have already sent the info nine times. I replied that I never received it. Then I get an email 9/4/17 (Labor Day) that it would be put in court tomorrow.
