I ordered three of a certain product.  They sent one of the product I ordered, and sent other products that I did not order.  They even sent a phony invoice with the new items on it that I did not order.

I have confirmation emails for my order, and I have verified that I put it in correctly, and that I only bought three of one item, and not all the other stuff.

They claimed that they did not have the other two in stock and that they felt the other items were a fair substitution (which is false, the other items are completely unrelated to what I ordered) and that they did not accept refunds for any reason due to demand.

This bait and switch tactic is illegal.  I am filing a chargeback now.

I Won the Chargeback

AUTHOR: Diburning - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 18, 2012

Say whatever you want.  Post another multiple paragraph spiel about how great your company is if you'd like.

I contacted my credit card company and made a successful chargeback.

If those were "free gifts", then why were they on the invoice as being paid for?

If items were "out of stock" and they wanted me to wait until they were available again, why haven't I received any notice?  Even better, why haven't I received the items I actually ordered?  Are they still out of stock?  If so, then why was my credit card charged for the full amount?  What does that say about the ethics of this business?

The bottom line is, BRTC did not serve this customer well.  I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for the products that I had ordered and paid for to be delivered.

BRTC Operates will full compliancy and transparency

AUTHOR: Lisa Lee - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 29, 2012

This message is in response to the 'bait and switch' comment that has absolute NO validity.

BRTC has operated in North America for 3 years and is the leading provider of asian botanical skincare and the the popular bb creams. We sell to many countries even outside of North America as well as to thousands of women. BRTC is built upon full transparency, open communication and listening to our customers to provide better products and service levels.

Why would a company such as BRTC jeopardize let alone risk any illegal activity for your. This would be completely wrong, unethical and illegal and plain stupid from anyone's perspective. We are not a mom and pop company trying to make a quick buck or rip off any one of our customers.  We have a global base and have a strong customer following.

Unfortunately we can not fully answer about this particular order since the users order was anonymous. It is however very possible that within your order you received free gifts and products which would have been provided should you have ordered over $100. From time to time our customer support team and fulfillment centre adds extra free goodies at random.

Regarding your goods that you were not provided, please let us know the details rather then communicate to an open and brand damaging source which is completely false and misleading to our customers and 'potential' customers. Its very possible that we had mentioned to you that we are waiting on other goods- had the goods you ordered were sold out or were unavailable. All updates are communicated to our customers should this be the case.

To falsely claim a reputable company is doing illegal activity "bait and switch" is completely unjustified.
