I just checked my creditreport and saw that Calvary Portfolio Services added a negative account for Cingular Wireless to my Account.

I have never had a account with cingular wireless,needless to say i was very upset.I contacted experian and told them that the information was false but the only response i received was to call calvary Portfolio Services.

Experian made no effort to remove this false account.I hope that there is help out there for people like me.These Companys should not get away with these fony charges.

They should be draged to court and shoud pay their victims three times the amount of what they charged on that negative account.

calvary portfolio services this debt was given to my ex husband in our divorce decree back in 2004 i paid my debts when he didnt pay his they started after me i have told them repeatedly that this was not my debt so they proceeded to apply this to my credit report 2 of the credit reports removed it but exuifax will not remove it unless cavary have it removed austin,tx Nationwide
