Over 3 years after the start of my Chapter 13 bankruptsy for a business that failed due to the economic dive in the early 2000's this group of scheisters are attempting to collect on a debt that was rightfully discharged during said bankruptsy. The amazing thing is that they are reporting to my credit account that states that all accounts are being discharged and that we are currently discharging all debts INCLUDING theirs. They still filed the complaint 3 years after any complaints have been made to the credit account. These people are untrained, unintelligent and completely out of line. As I write this, my lawyers are generating the suit against them to drop the reports immediately or suffer severe consequences. This is highway robbery and the entire mess of a company should be henceforth liquidated, heavily fined and made an example of.
