I recieved a letter from Capital Management Services on 02-04-2008 for a 16 yr old debt.This has been disputed now makes 5....They keep selling this SOL Account and the threats keep getting worse.This time I have filed every complaint with every agency out there.I have sent them a certified letter with all complaints, and others who have tried to collect on this OLD DEBT. Will wait and see if they respond.If any one else has had problems with these PEOPLE,please let me know your out come.Thanks,Gary Williams
