My husband had recieved a letter on Saturday 09/18/2010 from cms  regarding a letter(bill) stating he owed over $6,000 to cms. I then contacted CMS 09/20/2010 his however, Samantha (Bill Collector)had no clue as to what I was talking about. She then asked for the reference #, I then read it off to her and she still had no clue as to what I was talking about. She then kept placing me on "Hold" 2-3 X's to reassure me that she was checking on this to give me a company name and when this had occured. After placing me on "Hold" several times, she then stated to me, the actual bill came from a Checking Cashing place, however, she was unaware of that as well. She then again placed me on "Hold" and I spoke with a Supervisor by the name of Bobbi. Bobbi then started to Belittle me and humiliate me at the same time. I then had told her I didn't care for her tone of voice or her respect that she had and I then ended the call. I then had contacted Samantha again and she placed me on hold so she could speak with her Manager Keith, Samantha had returned nd  she had informed me to contact Keith her Manager regarding this bill. I then contacted Keith on 09/21/2010 and found out that this bill had no existance to my husband account, that is was totally erased. So far this company had no clue about this bill however, the humiliation and belittling that both my husband and I experienced is beyond and apology!!! The meaning of "Respect" does not exist any longer in our nation and never will. I have reported this to the BBB. FTC. and to CMS. I have done everthing I can as a consumer, now it's up to BBB.FTC and to CMS!
