uPSET-union city, TN.I received a letter from CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LP.  IT STATED ON BEHALF OF RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES,LP, THEY ARE WILLING TO TAKE A SETTLEMENT OF PART OF THE 5000.00,  THAT THEY SAY I OWE ON A CREDIT CARD THAT I NEVER HAD, MY CREDIT WAS NEVER GOOD ENOUGH TO GET CREDIT THRU THAT COMPANY.
