Capitol Choice Consumer Credit Platnum Card RIP OFF!

I recieved a letter informing me that I was pre-approved for a
5,000 dollar Platnum card wihich also included dream rewards program.I first threw it away knowing that I had a bad credit history,then several weeks later recieved another letter stating
my card was waiting on me and all I needed to do was send a one time membership fee of 39 dollars or 43 dollars for rush processing.

Me and my family being in financial trouble sent the 43 dollar fee thinking we could pull ourself out of a bind were ripped off
I am disabled and 43 dollars will feed my family for 2 weeks,I am
embarresed that I fell for this scam and just want to let everyone know what happened so people will know how this company
takes food out of decent peoples mouths.
