car computer exchange Total rip offs, they took my money and car computer /OEM Internet

I ordered my OEM for a 1999 Dodge Durango for "no bus"and it was sent to me. The first day I put it in the truck it was still reading no bus so I called to explain what happened and the guy Derrick told me that it was because it needed to be reprogrammed and for me to send it back. I sent it back and a week and a half later I got a new one. I had a mechanic to put it in this time and it ran ok for a week until I got the"no bus" sign again. So I took the truck to a shop and of course they tell me its the computer. So I called and again Derrick answered the line and I explained to him again what's happening. Which was my truck was stopping on me with no bus again and the mechanic shop is saying the computer is bad. So he was suppose to send me a label for shipping it back and it never happened. I called 2 days later to see what was going on and he told me that he couldn't send a label to me and i needed to send it in on my own so they can take a look at it. I sent it and they gave me a bs story saying that it was my mechanic who fried the OEM and I need to find a better shop to go to, but yet they couldn't tell the reason the computer was not working. So the supervisor gets on the line and gets out of control and tells me that he doesn't want to work with me and he will hang up on me and send the computer back to me. 5 minutes after he hung up on me he sent a email saying he sent the computer back with a shipping confirmation. I checked the information and it was sent to an incorrect address over a week ago. It's been 2 weeks and still no money or car computer. Please do not do business with these crooks.  I spent 260.00 and have nothing to show for it.
