CardCash.com ABC Gift Cards Scammers. Liars. Cheats. New Jersey Internet

Sold >$2K of gift cards to ABC Gift Cards (owned by Cardcash.com) in mid December 2014.  Having sold gift cards to other gift card resellers for several years, didn't expect any big issues from the company that advertises as the biggest reseller.

 After two weeks (allowing for Xmas rush), still no check for my cards (all legitimately purchased when there was a discounted sale by the merchant).  So go online and see that my order is listed as under "Review 2". Attempt to call and find out I'll be waiting hours to speak to somebody - so email my inquiry instead  A week later (instead of the promised "instant" response), get an email saying to call in to "verify".  So, 3 weeks after they rec'd my cards, they tell me they need ME to call THEM???  WTF?  So I have to wait HOURS to talk to someone?  Why not call me and verify?  Or give me a direct number to speak to someone that works (the "direct" number they gave just puts me in the general queue with everyone else - and the extension they give is never answered)   I've been on hold for an hour and I'm still caller 23 in queue - started at caller 48.  And that's better than the first time I called when I was caller 108 and was then hung up on...

Total scam operation.
