Cardcash told me they were going to send my cards back to me since they couldn't be verified, 6 months later no payment and no cards. After many attempts to speak with a manager they finally told me they couldn't locate them and they must have been misplaced. I Opened a case with the BBB because it had been over 6 months and I had no resolution and no one ever called me back. I was sent e cards as a resolution which was accepted and case with the BBB was settled. One of the cards was for 232.20 didn't work online. When I went to the store they told me they do not accept e-cards ever.
When I opened the case with the BBB I requested my original cards back or a full refund because I was no longer willing to do business at this point (due to no communication, avoidance of calls, and I needed the money 7 months ago) Called and was told they would send me a check for 232.20 since it didnt work and rep Ryan said this was approved by a manager, I later received a check for $150. Called back and was told by the rep she spoke to her manager and they agreed I was supposed to be sent a check for 232.20. She said they will send a check for the difference and I would get an email that day verifying it. They also told me it was ok to cash the check for the $150.
After a couple of days with no response I Called back and was told it was a miscommunication between the management and the reps I was speaking with. How can it be a "miscommunication" both times? Especially when she specifically said her manager agreed I was to get the full amount due. They then told me I was only getting the $150. Advised them the settlement through the BBB was for the full amount. Rep stated her manager said it didn't matter what was settled thru the BBB and there was nothing they would do for me. The manager never came on the phone to speak with me, even after I requested to speak with them. To be completely honest I have opened another case with the BBB and will be opening a case with the state of NJ soon.
