Carlisle Homes does not honor their one year warranty on new homes purchased Montgomery Texas

I purchased a "New Home" from Carlisle Homes and was promised a one year warranty on the new home and it is now almost a year, my home has been flooded twice, fault plumbing, lack of proper drainage, loss of furniture, questionable mold issue due to flooding. To this day, M Lafoy (VP), and CShaw(building super), AWilliams(sales rep) and countless subs have walked in and around my home threatened, bullied, and lied over and over again and still the work is not done.

I would like to know how they can get away with lies, have truths, bullying and victimizing my daughter and I when all I want is them to stand behind the product they sold me.

They send unskilled workers, can't speak english, don't provide a supervisor to oversee the work being done, don't provide the tools for the workers to do the job and expect the home owner to handle the supervision for the buliding or sub-contractors that they send out.

Repeatly, I've asked to recieve the product I paid for. Is there a regulation board that looks into deceiptive trade, forces these builders to provide the product they told you that they were providing.

Here is why the label "Made in America" is worth the print it took to write it.
