I gravitated to this site to sell my Iphone 5 64G which was in excellent condition because they would pay more than the others. $267.

They promptly sent me a box to ship all the time blasting me with emails to hurry me up.  Upon receiving the phone they took 10 days to process with lots of excuses.  They then credited my Pay Pal acct $39 but never told me the amount which I found by going into my PP Acct.

I called and emailed loudly my complaint and it took 4 days for them to respond by phone with the excuse that the market for my phone had gone south and that $39 was all it was worth.  She also said that my phone charger would cost them considerable money to replace.  And on and on with excuses....

However after much bickering Melanie said they would give me $100 more because she felt bad about the poor/slow response.  After more back and forth she increased it to $111 for a total of $150.

I know that if I had not complained loudly then they would have gotten by with this Rip OFF. Bait and Switch big time but a lot of hype on the web site, face book etc.   Watch out
