He is still at it. We obviously didn't "google" Cass West before we used his "services". Being out of province and having 2 seperate properties vacated unexpectedly, we basically took this guy at his word. Cass West's word is NOT to be trusted 100%.
Like many other complaints on this site, we have the same complaints. Wanting money as soon as he "finished" the job. He loves to text, and call while he is supposed to be working on our properties.
His Mom phoned us a couple of times to reassure us that he was "working at your property" when we knew for a fact that he wasn't.
When we asked how he got the carpets so clean he told us he uses a "varasol type" product. Unfortunatley we found this out after the fact.
He also told us that the tenants had pets so he had to use more product and it took longer. We know for a fact there were no pets in the unit.
We are filing a police complaint with the Edmonton City Police Fraud Department regarding our issues with Cass West and Mr. Good All Services. We encourage everyone else who has a complaint with Cass West to do the same and kick this guy to the curb once and for all.

In my opinion this has a personal vandetta about this other guy and there is no real proof and goes around hiring companys and using them for slave labour and ripping them off with out paying them for work that has been done and owns rental propertys in gibbons and millwoods renters beware do not rent from him his propertys are in bad condition and if called too do any work ask for deposit of 50 percent deposit up front to ensure u get paid and lives in bc do not rent from him and will constentley phone up and threaten u and note gentlemen in the report above has obviously a problem with paying some one and thinks is above him in my opinion
