Cass West U Mess It We Clean ItMr. Good All Services Unethical Conductor, No promise kept, Refuse to contact after paid Edmonton Alberta

I found Cass West, the owner of the cleanning company, to do a move-in and move-out cleanning for my apartment and condo.  For everytime, Cass did not show up on the agreed time until 3 hours later and did not response to the phone calls during that time. Because of start the work late and insist to do the cleaning by himself, the work duration was long and lasted till late night. 

During the move-out cleaning, again he showed up late and asked for $340 for one-bedroom aprtment with carpet cleaning. Because it's getting late, I agreed to pay him the full amount beforehand and inspect the next day. Later, he contacted me, saying that he run out of the cleanning product for the oven, and asked to come back the next day to finish up the job. However, he never show up or answering my phone calls or texts after that day. It appears that he was refusing to contact me on purpose since he either answer the call or call back when I was calling him with another number.

The building mangement did the inspection and found out many other places other than the oven was not cleaned properly as well, including the washroom wall, kitchen sink, cupborad door, and tile.

I tried to contacted Cass West through text and phone calls for another two days but nothing got back. I have to complain his unethical conduct, bad time mangement, and work quality.
