CCA FIRST NATIONAL THE SAME DAY I ACCEPTED I CANCELED AND THE LADY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED BUT THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY LAS VEGAS Nevada

I called CCA because it sounded like a good idea at the time but after I gave the company all my information I changed my mind later that same day. So I called them back to cancel and the person I talked to said it was cancelled.

So that was a couple of weeks ago and this evening I checked my bank account and I see that CCA still took 199.99 and now my account is negative. I called CCA to let them know they need to credit my account because I did cancel and the lady said in order to cancel I needed to call a different phone number?

So I told her that the person I cancelled with the first time never gave me a different number to call so she lied to me. So I call that number to cancel and the phone rings forever then hangs up on me. So I call the first number back and let them know what happened and they say probably because they are closed and that I need to call back Monday morning at 6 a.m.
