Ok, so I got suckered into this. I knew that there was a catalog and that was what the card was used to buy for. My understanding of the catalog was that it had up to date products, ranging from a lot of different industries. So I thought ok no problem. At first they make it seem like you wont be charged an activation fee or member fee if you buy products, they use a clever word which I dont remember now. Also they say you have a 30 day free trial to look at the catalog.

When I got the information I receieved a sheet with pictures of items... No prices, pictures... Thats the 30 day free trial of the catalog. Also I got charged $200 right away and that was wrong. Finally after calling in two weeks later histerically mad on hold for more than 2 hours, to speak to a rep, I go off about to cancel everything because I havent received the catalog. So they said that the catalog takes 7-21 days and that they will be sending it to me in express delivery and I will receive an extra $200 voucher. Now Im like wow with the 2 other vouchers they offer when you sign up and this new voucher I got $700 worth of vouchers.

Ok so I get the catalog, and these items are so overpriced it is incredible. 19 inch plasmas going for $1000, WTF!!!, and 3.5Mega Pixel cameras for $500. It just didnt add up, so I called in, they told me I got sent the old version of the catalog. Why would you send me the old version of the catalog... Why do you even have that catalog around. They said they will be sending the new catalog and that I shall be receiving it in a week. That was three weeks ago.

Mind you I didnt research this company before I made that move, now Im going to contact my bank and see if I can get this resolved. No service was rendered so they need to give me my money back.
