Order placed May 3, 2004 for #NMBl (Back support) cost of $19.95, #MKM (knee supports) cost of $25.00 w/ shipping and handling total of $61.98

Cheque cashed May 7, 2004.

Email sent June 26, 2004 inquiring about order - no response from company.

Registered letter sent July 16, 2004 at a cost of $7.00 - letter was received by company but no response.

As of today - September 17, 2004 there has been no response from CDN MAIL ORDER EXCHANGE, nor have we received our order, and no money has been refunded.
