Cdn Mail Order Exchange rip-off! Ordered shoes March 13, 2004. No shoes, no refund! Unable to contact! Hawkesbury Ontario

I ordered shoes, March 13, 2004 and have not received a refund or the shoes. I contacted them and they kept telling me the shoes were on back order. Then one time they said they were in the warehouse but had not been sent out.

I contacted them again and the phone was no longer in service. I tracked a phone number to Quebec Canada at 1-450-455-8494 but got their voice message which was always full. I tried again today, September 8, 2004 and no longer was in order. I tried to find them on the internet but the page had been closed.
