Cdn Mail Order Exchange ripoff cashed the cheque and no parcel yet Hawkesbury Ontario

Made an order for 3 items totalling $107.37, cheque was made out for May 20/04, mailed it the next day, cheque was cashed June 2/04, waited and waited, looked into e-mail address and found this site, waited a little longer with this site on my mind, wrote a letter to Cdn Mail Order Exchange Inc.

on July 14/04 asking where my order was, gave my home phone number and also e-mail address, today is August 2/04 and still no reply or answer or parcel, I think I got ripped off. Next week I will be calling the B.B.B. to look into this matter, I did it before about a fly by night photography place and got what I wanted. Word to the wise, you always have to document times, dates and who you speak to, write it all down in point form.

I beleive that this company use to be J. D. Marvel fom I think Windsor and I ordered from them and received the products, these are the numbers for account from back of cheque: 29 TR#02821-001 Act. 1046-697. I beleive that this is the branch number and account number, if some can find out where these number belong and find out whose name it is in then maybe we can find someone responsible, there are also other number on the back of cheque, I belong to the royal bank, but there is something from the Bank of Montreal(20040601)--1500146634 and then another number with no name 3900387491, if any one know what this means perhaps they can help.
