In June, I have sent in an order for a few items to CDN Mail Order Exchange Inc. along with a cheque in the amount of $86.02.

The cheque has been cashed since June 18, 2004 but the merchandize never arrived. I tried to call the phone number shown on the order form but it has been disconnected. Now I found out that the Company has filed for bankruptcy. How to get my money back? This is the first time I ordered any merchanise from this company as they sent out a very impressive catalog with pictures & description, etc. This sure make people
think twice before they order anything from any mail order company - I would be the first not to do it again.
