I purchased a phone in August 2005 that came with a $150 loyalty rebate. Well, you have to wait at least 180 days to submit the rebate & then are told to allow an additional 10-12 weeks to receive your rebate. I waited the 180 days, mailed my rebate, and now its been over 4 months and still no rebate check!!!! this is unacceptable! I am contacting both the BBB as well as my Attorney General!!!

After a year I finally received my rebate!!! I contacted Ed at Rip-Off Report and asked for any help he could possibly give. Would you believe I received my check right after contacting him? I should add, contacting the BBB is also one other way of getting the companies attention. Whatever excuse InPhonics gives you, don't buy it. Keep the pressure on them until you get your rebate!
