cellphonerebates.com $400 MIR for both of my phones purchased was initially denied and now is valid and still processing ALL Internet

total of $400 in 4 individual rebates.
2 of $70 each and 2 of $130 each.
Initially my claims were denied for the two $70 rebates and now after sequence of calling they have validated that the claims are valid but it is still in process and every time I call they tell me to wait for 15 more days since the claims are being processed/investigaed by the headquarters and the phone support does not have anything to with that, so they can't tell you for sure when this is all going to finalize.

This has been the case for last couple months. In all it has been 5.5 months since, I submitted my claim for the first two $70 rebates and couple months since, I submitted the other two $130 rebates.
All of my rebates have been submitted during the required time frame.
