On November 27th 2005 I purchased two phones from Inphonic that incluced a $200 rebate for each phone - total $400 in rebates. Company required a wait time between 180 and 210 days after activation date(for me was 11-28-05). Inphonic has forms to download for the submission of rebates to cellphonerebates.com

Company requires each rebate (2 $50 and 2 $150) to be mailed separatly with a list of information (which was provided by me)I mailed the rebates on June 12, 2006 and purchased certificates of mailing from the postoffice at the time of mailing. This proves submissions sent during required time frame of 180-210 day window.

Company states to wait for 10 -14 days for processing to show up online, I did. Only the two $50 rebates showed up. I called and spoke with a man named Saul (company badge #9465)said only two rebates made it, informed him I had certificates of mailiing and that US post office could not miss TWO letter, he said I could fax the two missing rebates ($150 each)I did.

About two days later there were 4 rebates showing up under my name. Approximately a week after that, I went to check the status again to see if had been changed from "processing". I found out I was redirected to a different page for checking rebate status, when I entered perscribed information responese from company states "Claim Not Found" When I call them on the phone I always get a busy signal.

Spoke to Cingular

AUTHOR: Lisa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 17, 2006

My experience with Cingular is they were not concerned. They said "there is not a company out there that dosn't have people that don't like them" they were very uncerned about this. They tended to treat me like I was just an "up set customer with something to say" they kept saying we cannot do anything. I kept saying "I'm not asking you to, I only want to let you know that your name is being raked across coals because of a 3rd party. They just were not concerned. I have emailed a couple of people at Inphonic and am waiting to hear somethingl. Any one had any luck with Tripp Donnelly? I will find out I guess.
