Cellular Choices ripoff NO PHONES AFTER CHARGING CREDIT CARD, AND BEING JACKED AROUND BY STUPID PEOPLE ON-LINE ONLY Internet

My husband placed an order for 2 razor phones March 25, 2006 @ 8:15pm. Cellular choices states under their "www.whereismyorder.com" site that they need more info so I called on March 29, 2006 @9:50am ad got the inofrmation correct. They then sent another update on that website "whereismyorder" that our tracking number will be emailed to me and available in 24hours. Well it is now going on 36 to 48 hours and still the same stupid saying on whereismyorder.com so I called today and talked to some stupid person who did not know what she was doing so I asked to talk to a Supervisor after 10 minutes of waiting she hung up on me.

I called back and yet again got another stupid person at least this time I was able to understand her name clearly so once again I explained the deal as to where the hell is my phones!!!! she explains to me that the tracking number will be available in 24 hours I then explain back it has been a h**l of a lot longer than 24 hours and if my phones are not mailed out by tonight I was going to go to the better business bureau. She then guaranteed me that our phones would be shipped out today and guess what the same d**n message is still up there yet they still have my money and we have no phones still and yet it is the weekend what are we to do now!!!!!
