This company first calling me stating that I owed them a bunch of money.I called this company back and told them that a had a court order that the debt was took care of and I have a contract with a signature on it thats not mine and I can prove it.
I have filed two complants against this company and they still are calling me at work and calling my parents house. This company is very rude and very, very unprofessional. They have argued with with me and making threats to me and my parents. When you try to explain something to them, they hang up on you and just plain mean, rude and ugly on the phone.
I just want everyone to know about this company, because they are not very friendly people and they harasse you for no reason. Thanks

Shelia,
NEVER call, or speak to ANY collector on the phone! NO exceptions. This is very important.
Now, prepare a DEBT VALIDATION request as per your rights under the FDCPA [Federal Law, available at Ftc.gov].
In this letter, you simply dispute the debt, AND demand to see a copy of whatever you allegedly signed to create the debt along with a complete account history. They would need all of this to win in court. Most likely they have no documentation, as if they did, they would know it has been satisfied, right?
Send all communications only by certified mail, return reciept requested and put the certified# on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records.
FYI..Debt collectors are NOT "customer service", so it is very unusal for them to be nice. They are driven very hard and are taught to be controlling and evn rude. They are not there to be nice, and that is why you never speak to any debt collector. It will never do anything for you, it can only hurt you more.
By the means above send a CEASE COMMUNICATIONS letter as per your rights under the FDCPA and specify that there will be no more phone calls regarding this matter. Specify that all communications must be sent by certified mail, return reciept requested, or they will be discarded unread.[Make them actually spend time and money as you are being forced to do].
They will go away.
Now go to the FTC.gov site and file a complaint online against them for the FDCPA violations.
Have fun.

Yes you are right I didn't put in my report if I gave them a copy of the court order or the copys of the contract, but I did offer to fax or mail the copies to them and they told me it didn't matter they was going to take me to court any ways. So I think this company is very determin to tyry to get money out of me and they know I'm not going to budge.

Just asking as your post did not specify this. You say that you have a court document saying the debt is not yours. Did you send them a copy of this? Once the have a court document saying the debt is not yours, I would think they would stop as it would be a waste of time to continue to call you.
