Central Portfolio Control Harrassment Miami, Florida

Central Portfolio Control, started calling and in their way they are very "threatening" people to deal with. They are trying to collect a debt and Mark Cooper in a sarcastic tone says that it would be in the best interest for the person to contact them. When you call the main office a person claiming to be the VP of the company says that they will be very happy to play back the tape when they have never advised that the conversation is being recorded. They try for you to lose your composure while speaking with them and even though they don't call every day they hide behind the law on their side. I understand that they were contacted by the creditor to collect a debt but I have never dealt with a sarcastic bunch like these people.

The debt is not on my name but I am afraid that these people will do a physical harm to my family because according to Mark Cooper  "he has not begun yet" That is not way to conduct business. Creditors will go through great lengths to collect a debt and I have dealt with other collection agencies but these people from CPC have started to cross the line with the harassment.
