Century Business Solutions stole my money, repeatedly lied to me, and never delivered my product. Santa Fe Springs, California

I placed an order for Vinyl Paperwork Arrangers with this company in March, 2011. My account was debited immediately. Several weeks passed and I received no product. When I phoned the company, I was told that the product was on backorder and I should expect it in about 5 weeks. After 2 months I called again and requested a refund. I was told I could expect a check in the mail. To date, I have received nothing. 

I had ordered from this company in the past and never had a problem. I am shocked that their website is still up and running. Looking at the 15 other reports filed against this company, I see that people are writing from all over the country. I wonder how may other people have been ripped off by this company. 

They should be shut down immediately. If we do not have any recourse for recuperating our losses, at the very least, the company should be stopped from continually ripping off others.
