They do not have a phone number to call, the only number I found was for a fax or modem, and they didn't respond to the fax I sent either. It costs more to have the credit charges stopped.

If you do need anything listed on their site, try militarynewbie.com, there stuff is free, but limited to active items. No historical stuff.
