Purchased a CD-Rom from CHQ Software.net containing a military manual written by by Col.Rex Applegate. Paid with credit card. They failed to send the item.

Numerous emails sent to them went unanswered and they do not list a telephone number. Never got a response and never received what I had ordered and paid for. A total rip off in my opinion!!!

Buyer beware!!!

This customer did receive the order however it was shipped late. Our terms of service which the customer must agree to are simple.

Most items shipped and received within 2-weeks. Out of stock items can take an additional 30days.

This is the case for this order.

The customer did receive the order but a bit late. Like most complaints to this site the customers have receive the order but usually within days after a quick knee jerk post to this site. Customers need to have patience and respect the 30 day backorder time frame.

Our terms state quite clearly that orders can take up to 45 days in total. This complaint was made well before this time frame and before the customer received the order. As all the others people are quick to post a complaint however are not so respectful of posting a update stating YES, I did eventually get the order.

In the past customers do unnecessarily panic when there orders are delayed so we have made changes that include 24-hour telephone support, at 1-604-625-0087
