Purchased a helicopter flight manual for download, but the link that was provided was broken.
They then failed to respond to any emails, and the phone number given was for another company.

A past server corruption left some links broken on our Pay Per Download department. Alternative links to each download are sent to the email of the purchaser.
Purchasers do RECEIVE a alternate url to download the document when we became aware of the situation or a refund.
Not sure what the customer means by the telephone takes to another company. Regardless, we now have a 24-hr Telephone support line available to assist anytime.

This being our 11th year in business but we still have our technical issues on occasion.
However, I can absolutely state that every customer has either received there product or a refund on purchase.

Well, following a couple of messages left on their voicemail, and a couple of emails, I finally got a reply.
Apparently their download manager was not working correctly. they gave me a new link, which worked O.K. so, I finally got what I was after.
Thanks to CHQ for sorting this one out.
