Recently i checked my card statements and i was charged $79.95 fee from CIC credit monitoring service. I really don't know what to do so if you guys could please help me on what i should do i would appreciate it. I applied for a free creit report and failed to cancel within 30 days because i wasn't able to read and notice that there was an annual fee. If i read this would have not done it.

Also, that rule of if you fail to do nothing you will be automatically charged is unauthorized. I contacted my bank and they said to send a letter. The transaction went through on my account on July 22, 2003. Again if you guys could please help me i would gladly take your comments and advice. Thanks.
