CICI'S PIZZA CICI PIZZA, CICIS PIZZA BAIT AND SWITCH ROYALE Internet

When you go to http://cicispizza.com/ in August 2012, you will see them display a "Happy Hour Special" for $5, buffet and drink between 2pm and 4pm M-Th.  If your vision is not perfect, like mine, you will miss, "participating location."  When I arrived, I was met with a canned spiel about how they don't have the special there.  I inquired about whether they were franchised or company.  The manager/owner told me only around 3% (or 15) across the country are company owned.  So if you missed the fine print and did not call ahead for the "special," you just got "baited" into their neat little scam.  And the pizza is, at best, 3rd rate for the money spent.  Thanks for playing, suckers!  Lesson learned.  Call ahead.  Scam Scam Scam.  Shameless.
